What to Expect
Not sure what a nutrition counseling session looks like?
Before your initial session, you will be asked to fill out a form sharing information about
what you are hoping to accomplish, as well as your current diet and lifestyle.

Discussion topics during a session include things like nutrition education, your personalized nutrition plan, tips and advice, resources, and plan adjustment based on progress.
